Happy Halloween Pirate House fans and just in time for this sacred holiday comes a gruesome tune from a horrifyingly new artist, Breakfast Champion. Haling from the dark and austere mountains just outside of Denver, CO, Breakfast Champion crafts tales of murder and mayhem that we can only hope aren’t autobiographical. This dude is one mixed candy-bag of influences, you can hear Nick Cave jumbled in with Leonard Cohen on this track that has a kinda R &/or B flavor. Oh yeah, what the hell is wrong with this guy’s voice? Check out the track Pirate House CFO, Tim Byrd, calls “weirdly original” and “the riffs that go along are really unexpected.” The track is "8 Bullets" and it will be on BC's forthcoming EP entitled, "Why Don't You Stay the Night ... So I can have You for Breakfast."
